Facebook and Twitter

So, I’ve finally jumped on the Facebook/Twitter bandwagon. Well, actually, I’ve had a facebook profile for a couple of years now but I’ve only just opened my eyes to the Facebook Fan Pages and how they can really benefit a business or service provider. I didn’t realise that there were over 300 million users of facebook; not tapping in to that market would be insane.

So, I’m really excited about growing a fan base and keeping everyone who has an interest in psychological magic updated on what I’m doing (via my imported blog) as well as running some competitions and generally bantering about magic related stuff that I know will interest you. The aim also is to make as many contacts as I can in the wedding and corporate events industry. After only a few days of launching my page I’m already up to 100+ fans which is just overwhelming. I’ve also signed up to Twitter as that seems to be the other huge social networking service at the present. You can follow me (why you would, I’m not quite sure) for more frequent updates of whatever is going through my mind on a daily basis, not necessarily related to magic.
