You got me worried, Andrew, although to expose the solution at the same time another puzzle is presented makes sense. One friend of mine told me that he finally had time to try to solve the problem… I wonder if he went on time.

Regarding my answer (“laugh”) to the puzzle, “…is this man keeping a fish, the one who sold carps to a certain sea-captain who keeping them in a pound in Troutdale, ended to be the one to introduce the first non-native fish species at Oregon state, at 1880?”… well,… the first non-native specie known to have be introduced in Oregon was the GERMAN carp. I hope no one knows who sold the fish to that captain, because my hint to the solution was not that but the name or the “nationality” of the carp. Pretty but not that cryptic, no?

I took to myself not to spoil the puzzles with my solutions and so I have been cloaking them with half-answers… which is also fun to do by itself. The lateral thinking puzzle was different because if I understand them, there are not really one only right solution but might be various. However, I’m not really sure if to answer in “riddles” is appreciated, considering that so few has been commenting. Shall I continue?
