Breyer Group Tradeshow
Well, just got back from two very hard-working days in Brighton. I was the tradeshow close-up magician working for The Breyer Group at their stand at the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference & Exhibition taking place within the Hilton Metropole Hotel. This was my first crack at Tradeshow work, and I gained so much experience from doing it. I certainly think my research of the company paid off as the staff were very impressed with how I incoporated their Brand into the card tricks. Working for eight hours with few breaks was exhausting, though, so it was nice to be able to crash out in my hotel room, order room service and watch CSI on the huge LCD TV! Fortunately I still had enough energy to pop next door to a lovely small restaurant where Breyer were having a Corporate Party and entertain them all with my mind games parlour show. All in all, a great event and a nice group of people to work with.
