Funny, with certain effort, I can see on it a third face, using the ear as an eye for a young girl draw in Manga or Anime style… That suggests that adapting slightly the draw, we could perhaps obtain a triple face illusion: old hag looking sideways, girl looking slightly to us and back of a girl looking away.
